James has worked in Finance for over 20 years primarily in Asset management, working at Atlantis Investment Management for 8 years where he rose to run the AAA S&P rated Atlantis Korean Smaller Companies Fund and later worked in boutique hedge funds as an equity analyst. Other roles followed in Institutional Broking for Chinese and Korean firms. In 2015, the opportunity to repurpose Woori Investment and Securities, a Korean former employer, arose from which Queen Street Finance was established.
James holds a CFA charter as well as an MA from Cambridge University.

Maxim has over 14 years of experience in London’s financial sector, having previously worked at VTB Capital plc, where he was a Senior Relationship Manager for Commodities Clients and a Flow Trader of Crude Oil, Oil Products and Coal derivatives. Preciously he was Senior Associate in Global Markets and Structured Finance teams. Maxim has BSc in Economics from London School of Economics and Political Science and MSc in European Public Policy from Birkbeck College, University of London.
At Queen Street Finance, Maxim oversees relationship management, sales and trading functions.

Phil joined Queen Street Finance in January 2018 and has 33 years of Industry experience. He headed up the Institutional Client Services Team at HSBC Asset Management for 20 years and managed the Investment Administration team at Atlantis Investment Management Ltd for 9 years

Alex Ivanov

Alexey has over 14 years of experience in Russian financial sector, having previously worked at several Russian investment companies as a Trader and Investment Manager.
Alexey holds a diploma in Financial Management from Saint-Petersburg State University. He joined Queen Street Finance in March 2019 to realise of creation investment portfolio, execution of customer orders and market analysis.

Gee Lee
Chief Finance Officer

Gee has over 10 years of experience in financial industry. She joined Queen Street Finance in 2015 and covers finance, operations, regulatory reporting, and compliance (CF10/11 Nov15-Jun20). She worked at Woori I&S in London (Subsidiary of NH Investment & Securities, Korea, previously known as Woori Investment & Securities) for 5 years covering finance, operations, settlement (bond trades etc.), compliance, and regulatory reporting.
Gee studied Software Engineering in Seoul, Korea and completed an MSc in Business management in the U.K.

Olivia Xu
Head of Compliance
About
Olivia started her career as an Institutional sales with one of the largest Chinese securities firms in London, where she gained various front office experience and is introduced to the rapid growing compliance world. The front office experience allows her to better understand how to balance day-to-day business and compliance requirements within different departments.
She received her BSc (Hons) and MSc degree in Investment & Financial Risk Management from Cass Business School, UK and holds CISI Level 3 Certificates in Securities and Global Financial Compliance. She speaks English, Chinese and Cantonese.
Together with the Compliance Officer, she develops and implements effective compliance monitoring programs for QSF.

Tom Bell
Settlements and Client Service Associate
About
Tom joined Queen Street Finance in April 2021. He has two and a half years’ experience in fund administration including a role of senior fund administrator for Yealand Administration providing bespoke services for both OEICs and Unit Trusts . Tom holds a CISI Level 3 Certificate in Investment Operations as well as a degree in Education and Mathematics from Bishop Grosseteste University.
His role at Queen Street Finance is to support the Head of Settlements and Client services in all aspects of his role.
